AVCJ Hong Kong Private Equity Forum 2025
I am honoured to represent Shirley Choi & Co. today as a panellist at the PE Leaders Summit – AVCJ Hong Kong Private Equity Forum 2025.
This year’s theme, “Structures and terms: A shift toward flexibility”, resonates deeply with our practice. Having advised on more than 500 funds across Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, and BVI, I have seen firsthand how investor expectations and market dynamics are reshaping fund structures. Flexibility is no longer a temporary concession, it is becoming the foundation of alignment, transparency, and trust between managers and investors.
It was a privilege to share our experience across Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, and BVI, and to exchange perspectives with fellow industry leaders on how Hong Kong, Cayman Islands and BVI investment funds continue to serve as a gateway for global capital.
